how to fix the z103.com skills if it is not able to load.

The problem is that there are 2 z103.com skills are we are trying to delist the skill that is not working.  However, there is a way to fix it.  

you can use your alexa app, or computer.  

in the app.  note, the app can be confusing and hard to find the section.  If possible, I would use the computer.  The steps for the computer are also listed.

make sure these skills are disabled in the skills.  you will need to scroll to the bottom to get manage skills.
